We do not host or publish user reviews on this site. Every page is our own summary, written after reading what other travelers reported elsewhere.

The evidence has to include the bad parts

Our summaries reflect the balance of evidence we found, including the negatives. If a place has a real, repeated problem, that shows up in the verdict. A verdict that only listed the good parts would not be worth reading.

Reports we ignore

We ignore reports that show signs of being fake or incentivised: identical wording repeated across posts, no specific details, or a promotional link attached. That content does not count toward our evidence minimum and does not shape the verdict.

Commission never ranks anything

Our rankings, picks and orderings are never influenced by commission. An option we earn nothing from can still be our top pick, and one we earn from can still carry a skip verdict.

Email [email protected] with the page and what you think is wrong. We review every report within 14 days and update the page if the evidence supports a change.
